Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-5 days unless an item is on back-order or pre-order. 

Shipments or deliveries occur on weekends or holidays according to the USPS operating hours. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, there may be a delay in processing your order. We will contact you via the email you provide on check-out if applicable.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Immediately after purchase, you will receive shipment confirmation by email followed by a tracking number email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Midnight Dogs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Midnight Dogs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We ship to any country that can be reached through USPS First Class Package International Service. 

Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@midnightdogs.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
